A substance use specific psychological evaluation consists of a series of evidence-based tests and structured clinical interviews focused on an individual’s substance use history to objectively clarify the breadth and severity of substance use symptomology and diagnoses. These evaluations are conducted with the help of Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialists. It helps to establish a diagnosis, if indicated and directs the appropriate course of treatment.
